The Center is open 24 hours a day, and offers the latest equipment, including:

Elliptical steppers
Weight machines
Treadmills
Stationary bicycles

Yoga, tai chi, zumba and boot camp classes are offered at Christian Hospital and at Northwest HealthCare.

Monthly membership fees for employees are $18.
