Sky Zone offers trampoline fun and fitness for BJC employees -- along with a family discount.

• BJC employees and their immediate family members (same household) receive a 10 percent discount on all activities
• Standard open jumping fees are $10 per hour plus $2 for shoe rental
• Aerobic classes are $8 per class
• High-frequency visitors are eligible for additional discounts
• For $25 per month, BJC employees have access to unlimited SkyRobics fitness classes and receive 15 percent off of all Sky Zone activities (same household)
• All discounts are valid for open jumping, reservations, birthday parties, team-building activities and more

Sky Zone Recreational Center, the St. Louis area’s only all-trampoline walled playing field, offers open jumping, three-dimensional dodgeball, SkyRobics fitness classes and corporate team-building activities for all ages.

“Trampoline jumping is the most dynamic workout in the world,” says Sky Zone manager and co-owner Jeff Platt. “It is a tremendous cardiovascular experience that’s also easy on the joints due to the flexibility of the trampoline surface. Anyone of any age, size or athletic ability can participate.”

“We’re always looking for new ways to appeal to employees with fitness opportunities,” says Kathleen Killion, BJC health literacy executive director. “With Sky Zone, we’ve got an ‘out of the box’ option for employees who want to mix up their workout routine or get the whole family involved.”

Sky Zone courts consist of a series of patented custom-built trampoline beds linked together and surrounded by angled trampoline sidewall panels for enhanced safety. There are separate courts for open jumping and 3-D dodgeball and younger children. There also are dodgeball leagues and tournaments. SkyRobics classes are offered six days a week, including exercise sessions for parents and children.
